Pricing & Process

The Life Canvas Biographies Process

Step 1

Kick-off

The client is briefed on the process and discusses their vision for the biography.

Step 2

Survey & Research

To begin crafting the interview questions and gathering preliminary information, a set of surveys are sent out, which a family member fills out.

Step 3

Interview:

Online or in person, an interview is conducted to gather additional information from either the subject of the biography or their loved ones.

Step 4

Writing First Draft, Text-only

I complete the first draft of the biography, excluding pictures and media, then send it to a family member to review and suggest edits that I will implement in the final draft for free.

Step 5

Addition of Media

I add pictures, newspaper clippings, and other forms of media to the text document, in the chapters that family members select.

Step 6

Receipt of Final PDF

After making the final payment for the service, the family will receive the final PDF copy of their biography.

Step 7

Enjoy & Share

For years to come, the family can cherish and distribute this biography to be comforted and informed by their loved one’s memory.
